At the doctor's again...

By the way, I had my forth scheduled examination on Wednesday (called U4). Everything's fine! I am now 67cm and 7,5 kg... Not bad, hey?! And even though I kept smiling at the doctor, he still gave me an injection...Meanie!! Cry

What a "wild" weekend!

Although it's been raining most of the day we went to the zoo in Raisdorf near Kiel where they have lots of farm animals like sheep and horses and other animals like deer and donkeys and stuff. You can see some pictures of me and my new animal friends in my photo album. I liked the birds most of all though. They were making lots of noise and flying all over the place which I found very exciting. Mummy took me out of my pram so I could watch them for a bit.

After that, we went to visit my little friend Mika who is still a very small baby. I feel really big, lying next to him...

But there is something else I have forgotten to tell you. About one a half weeks ago I spent the first night alone at home with only my grandma there. Mum and dad went to the Eros Ramazzotti concert in Hamburg which meant that grandma and me could stay at home and have a party! It went really well, thanks to formula milk and grandma's babysitting capabilities. Thanks again, grandma! I had a great time. Smile

Have a fantastic weekend and don't let the weather get you down!

My new mobile

Mummy made it for me. Cool, huh?

All grown up

I am now three months old and no longer a newborn baby! Wahey!! Over the last few weeks I have slowly but surely acquired new skills like grabbing things and holding on to them for a couple of seconds, talking to mummy and daddy and singing along with my mum when she sings me a song. Daddy taught me to make a funny sound with my lips and whenever he does it, I copy him. What a laugh!! In addition to all those things, I keep discovering the world around me a little more each day.

Last week I went to visit grandma and grandad in Halle. I liked it there a lot! There are so many interesting things at my grandma's house that I wanted to look at or touch - chandeliers for example... I got to know all of my aunties, uncles and cousins who live in Halle. That was fun! But the best thing was playing and fooling around with grandma and taking a bath in the big bath tub for grown ups in my grandma's bathroom. What a shame we don't have a bath like that in Kiel! Frown

By the way, mum and dad bought me a new "ride". A light blue Ford Focus with a huge boot. It is so big that my pram fits into it easily and mummy can take it everywhere now!

Rock-a-bye Baby

...on the tree top...

Last night I slept a record-breaking 10 hours!! From 8.30 pm to 6.30 am. Mummy was really excited and daddy couldn't believe it either. This is the third night in a row I've slept through.

PS: Don't tell mum and dad, but I'm just lulling them into a false sense of security until my teeth come through. Tongue out
